Our 10 luxurious tented suites at Nambwa Tented Lodge in the Bwabwata National Park in the Zambezi Region of Namibia are nestled high among the tree canopies, allowing elephants and other wildlife to roam freely underneath. These beautiful suites emanate a sense of serenity and allow us each some privacy and comfort for the duration of our time together.

This retreat isn’t just held by a place.
It’s held by a woman who has not only soared high but also crashed and burned. Phoenix-like, she has risen from the flames to guide other women undergoing a rebirth into the divine feminine.
Rouxvé
After climbing the corporate ladder at breakneck speed, Rouxvé found that money and success didn’t bring her happiness. She descended into drugs and self-destructive behaviour. Her awakening to her spiritual calling was gradual and culminated in sacred ceremonies in Colombia that confirmed her lineage as a priestess of the Egyptian mysteries, guided by the goddesses Isis and Hathor.
Since then Rouxvé has worked as a transformational guide and integrative wellness coach devoted to the sacred return of feminine sovereignty. Through ancient wisdom, somatic embodiment, Human Design, biohacking and high-frequency transformation, she helps women to awaken their intuition and reclaim the joy, sensuality and confidence that is their birthright.

STEP 1: FLIGHTS
Off the beaten path, yet accessible, African Monarch Lodges can be reached via the following airports:
- Fly directly from Cape Town or Johannesberg to Windhoek. From there you can connect to Matima Mulilo - the closest airport, about 1 hour by road from the lodge.
- Fly from Johannesburg into Kasane (Botswana), Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) or Livingstone (Zambia). We'll help organise easy cross-border transfers from those airports.
Once your flight is booked, we'll coordinate air charter and road transfers directly to Nambwa Tented Lodge.

Biohacking means making small, strategic lifestyle changes to improve cognitive and bodily function. In this retreat, you’ll learn steps to increase your vitality and connection with your femininity while adhering to biohacking principles of anti-inflammatory foods.
What kind of diet will retreat members enjoy?
Guests will enjoy a paleo diet of anti-inflammatory, nutrient-dense foods consisting of organic and free-range ingredients grown at African Monarch Lodges’ Permaculture Centre.
Is this retreat for a particular life-stage or age?
Women of all walks of life and all stages of life are welcome to reconnect with their inner sovereign. Any woman who feels the call to rise as a leader in her own life, wants to feel at home in her skin, and is ready to let go of performance is invited to an experience of deep nourishment and sisterhood.
What do I need to bring along?
Yourself, your open heart and light, comfortable clothes which allow you to feel your femininity come forward. All other equipment, such as yoga mats, will be provided for you.
